We've been warming customer's hearts this month with Hot Toddies!

Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients:

1 oz whisky

3/4 oz Nova Scotia Honey

1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

3 cloves

1 whole cinnamon stick or dust with cinnamon

Directions:

Top with boiling water

Add whisky, lemon juice and honey to a glass. Add a bit of boiling water and stir until the honey is fully incorporated. (We often pour a dash of hot water in the shot glass to scoop up the rest of the Nova Scotia honey which sticks to the sides of the glass.)

Once honey is fully incorporated, top with boiling water, add cloves and cinnamon. Enjoy.
